At present the major activities of EuroSibEnergo-Engineering LLC are concentrated on engineering service market in heat, hydro- generation and network infrastructure sectors of the Russian power market. According to the investment program of RAO UES the active demand on engineering services is valued more than 180 billions USD in 2008-2012 that is considerably more than the potential supply.

EuroSibEnergo-Engineering LLC has the substantial potential of growth, based on inner energy projects of En+Group and as well as on external projects.

 

Strategic goal: To become one of the largest companies in power engineering sector in Russia by 2012 with firm position in TOP 10 of largest engineering companies in Russia.

Basic strategic objectives:

-          The efforts concentration on power projects of En+Group;

-          Focus on large-scale turnkey projects implementation;

-          Development of competences to the EPC-contractor level;

-          Providing high quality services within the framework of power projects implementation and accomplishing of engineering works;

-          Development of owned assets to perform works with high added value;

-          Presence in key areas where the power projects of En+Group are held.

 

The model of EuroSibEnergo-Engineering LLC development in 2008-2012 based on organic growth as well as on acquisition engineering and installation assets. The Company step by step develops the EPC-business model that will be  implemented by 2012.

The additional increase of income is planned to achieve by means of project design works, construction, installation and testing, commissioning activities of large construction projects (Taishet aluminium smelter, Inter-Regional High-Voltage Grid Companies of South, Kubanenergo, Tatenergo, heat supply system of municipal formations and companies, Boguchansk hydroelectric power station, etc.), building of the heat pipelines and main pipes in the key regional centers, installation and renovation of technological equipment at industrial enterprises, and capital repair of generating units of power stations which are out of its economic life. As the result of additional volume of works EuroSibEnergo-Engineering plans to increase the investment in start-ups of engineering design offices in Irkutsk and Krasnodar, acquisition of new assets with engineering design and installation specialization.
